Crimping Backward & Forward

This is how I use the flat part of the jaws of the round nosed pliers to “crimp” wire to make letters of the alphabet – or put another way, bend a wire backward or forward upon itself, and compress them together.

This is shown in a Capital letter “M” where there is first a backward crimp, followed by a forward crimp and finally a backward crimp.
